conkloud (including PVB Holdings Ltd., and its affiliates) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of its users: buyers, sellers, contributors, and other visitors who browse the Site ("Users") as well as affiliates, influencers, and other contributors who interact with conkloud.app. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit and/or use the Site. This Policy explains our privacy practices for the Site and the services provided by conkloud, as well as the privacy practices that apply to affiliates, influencers, and other contributors who are individuals. By accessing and/or using the Site and its related sites, applications, services, goods, and/or registering for a conkloud account and/or using it as a contributor to share feedback on a specific project and/or registering for our affiliate or influencer or similar program, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy, including our collection, use, disclosure, processing and retention of personal information.
Information We Collect
When you register on the Site, use it, fill out forms or use it as a contributor, and/or register for our affiliate or influencer or similar program, we ask you to provide certain personal information, including a valid email address, phone number, and name for the purposes of obtaining account login details and username.
We will also ask you to provide or collect additional information that you provide to us, such as your profile details, physical address or billing information, phone number or other contact information, financial information (such as payment method and credit card number), taxpayer information and forms, details about other linked social media accounts, details about your listed jobs, purchases, education, profession and experience, and additional authentication information (such as your government-issued ID, passport or driver's license, as permitted by applicable laws) and as detailed in your account for sellers under "profile information").

In other words, when you access the Site, we are aware of your use of the Site and collect and record information relating to such use, including geolocation information, IP address, device and connection information, browser information and web-based analytics.
-Log information and all communications recorded by Users through the Site. While viewing our ads, we collect the user's globally unique identifier, HTTP request data such as, user agent, IP, host, URL, country/continent from which the request was made, browser information, device/OS/OS version.
Once you register, your username, country, and additional information regarding your activity is made public and visible to all Users of the Site. This information includes the photos you upload, your published portfolio, amenity information, locations, and additional information you may choose to add to your profile. We also offer you the opportunity to participate and post content publicly on forums, blogs, and other similar features. Please note that certain information, such as your username and profile, along with content uploaded by you, will be publicly displayed when you use such features.
How do we collect information?
Information provided by you: You provide us directly with most of the information we collect. To do so, you complete registration details on the Site, link to your Bizcom accounts from other social media, complete application forms, skills tests and customer surveys (if applicable), as well as posting and sharing additional information on a voluntary basis.
This may include information about sellers and their jobs, education and profession, portfolio sharing, buyer ratings and feedback and anything you choose to add to your user profile.
Information we collect when you use the Site: We collect technical information indirectly and automatically through our systems. This information includes logging your Internet Protocol (IP) address, software settings, operating system and the use of cookies (cookies are small files that we send to your computer and sometimes back). Information We Collect from Other Sources: We receive information from third-party vendors and/or other commercially available sources, such as:

We also receive information from enrichment service providers to enhance and personalize your experience, as well as from advertising and marketing partners to manage and measure our campaigns.

This information varies and is controlled by that service or as authorized by you through your privacy settings on that service.
• Advertising and marketing partners to monitor, manage, and measure our campaigns.
• We also receive certain information about you, if another user invites you to conkloud (for example, as part of our collaboration tools and referral program), in which case, we will receive limited information, such as your email address or other contact information, and we will use it for the same purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
How do we use the information collected?

How long do we retain personal information?
We apply a general rule of keeping personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
